I will read this poem– Like a Star?
Thank yu Charles. I enjoy your comments.
Thank you Charles. I will read like a star soon. It’s awfully busy in these parts.
Genie, Beautiful poem! I will think of this these cloudy days and nights,
especially while it is raining the next three days. Reminds me of one of my
favorite poems by Robert Frost, “choose something Like a Star.”

Thank you Siggi–I’m sending you twinkles and a falling star.
This is an old tanka so all this stuff going on wasn’t going on. I know what you mean. Thanks for your comment.
Thanks for leaving the light on. How are you Ernest? I’m back to writing short verse and teaching Haiku at El Camino College community non-credit education. Student response has been good.
Hi Genie,
The photograph is very beautiful and the poem fits it well!

Looks like you will be a while. We’ll leave the light on for you.
Wonderful to think about the stars instead of all the other stuff in the news. Thank you
Genie
This is awesome beyond words. Just love it.
