Thank you Chris for your concern. I understand. It made me so sad that we had to yell at each other from across the street in our masks and heavy coats. It’s cold and dangerous outside. Please do your yoga at home. I’m doing it–now working on Hideki. Hope to see you SOON???

It was good to see you even if it was at a distance. I know that Bodhi is ok because I heard his barking as I approached the house.. I appreciate your daily postings because it brings beauty and calm to a very turbulent time. It’s most important that you take care of yourself and Hideki. The Covid 19 virus variant from the UK is not more deadly but more CONTAGIOUS……… As much as I miss you and Yoga keeping everyone safe is more important…. Have Happy Holidays.
